Returns

We want you to be confident in every order. If something is not as described, we will put it right.

Sealed product

Factory-sealed items may be returned if the product arrives damaged or is materially not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant.

Singles

Singles are sold by stated condition. If the card you receive does not match the listing, contact us with clear photos and we will investigate fairly.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are fulfilled when inbound stock arrives. Payment is taken in full at checkout unless we state otherwise on the product page. If your pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a full refund.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Red Dragon TCG is not VAT registered at launch; prices are as displayed with no separate VAT charge.
